We produce this oil with great care, with love for our work, and in line with our philosophy “we enjoy what we produce”.

Who we are – Our olive mills

KOTRONI ELENI & SIA E.E. is involved in the production, standardization and marketing of olive oil. We now have two modern olive mills: one in Kato Makrinou in the Makrynea area outside Agrinio and one in Mesolonghi.

We are a family business with 20 years of experience in our field, and our one and only goal is to create pure olive oil with a high nutritional value! And we manage to achieve this by using a great deal of care and passion throughout the process.

LIOMILOS olive oil – which we hope will become your favourite oil if you haven’t tried it yet – is produced using the cold press method. With this method, all the valuable constituents of the olives are preserved, and as a result of this the genuine smell and taste of the olives are also retained in our olive oil!

The cold press method is the most natural method of producing olive oil as the product is produced by simply pressing the fruit, without heating the raw ingredients (olives). Also, in cold press systems the oil is extracted from the olives using a two-phase centrifugal press which is an ecologically-friendly system.
